Profile guide / India
Write a profile that sounds like a real person.
The strongest profile is specific, kind and easy to reply to. You do not need a perfect life story — you need a few honest details that make the right person curious.
Say what you want
“Open to a serious relationship, but happy to start with a good conversation.”
Show a normal day
“Weekends are usually a long walk, a new café and calling my parents.”
Leave an opening
“Tell me the best comfort food in your city.”
Avoid the common traps
What to leave out
- Long lists of requirements. They make a profile feel like an application form.
- Only group photos. People should be able to tell who they are meeting.
- Negative opening lines. Say what you enjoy instead of listing everything you dislike.
